You can realize this pie either in individual portions or for 6-8 people.
To do that, you can choose different pans proposed in the Demarle catalogue: I prefer to use either a 7.5cm-diameter tartlets pan (ref. FP2675) or a 28cm-diameter pie pan (ref. FM374).
