Oops! I forgot to post this recipe yesterday... But here it is: an easy but nonetheless delicious meal to propose whatever the situation is. You can propose it for starter or side dish, in complement of grilled steacks, for example. With an apple strudel for dessert and a glass of Alsatian wine, your setting will be a success.

8/ Lamb Samosas

First today, a hors d'oeuvres that you can decline according to you taste: lamb, beef, pork... even chicken if you'd prefer! I rather like the beef or chicken versions myself.

Just a piece of advice before adjourning to the kitchen: do not over-cook the meat. Just brown it in the fryer. Indeed, it will go on cooking once in the oven and risk being too dry.
